P8Ball.com Return and Exchange Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. All markers (or other products) are thoroughly cleaned, tested, lubed, and chronograph-ed before shipping.
If a marker (or other product) arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we are always happy to help troubleshoot or provide tech services. Alternatively, you may exchange your item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. One exchange per item will be allowed. Brand new products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Orders canceled before shipping or return-to-sender orders are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
